Consultancy Agreement

The company must get into a consultation agreement before hiring an outside or third-party consultant. The business can require their services for a certain task, and are hence recruited as an expert in that area. It is always preferable to sign a contract with the consultant under all circumstances. It describes the extent of the work that will be done by each party as well as other terms and circumstances associated with their employment inside the organization. It is a specific type of service contract.
