Overview:-
A trademark is any one-of-a-kind expression associated with a product or service that sets it apart from others. This expression could be a word, a slogan, a photograph, a logo, a graphic, a colour scheme, a sound, or even a scent.
However, trademark offices may object to any trademark application that does not meet their legal requirements for a variety of reasons. There are numerous reasons for trademark opposition. It could be because a logo or word is similar to one that already exists. It could be due to the sentiments associated with any religion. These are some of the causes of trademark infringement. If you receive such an objection from another party, you must respond within a month, or within 30 days. The Trademark department will send you a proper legal objection
letter. However, if you do not take any action, the Registrar has the full authority to withdraw the application.
