Basic FSSAI:-
Restaurants with slow or low turnover and yearly revenue of less than 12 lakh for one year must obtain this business license. The government of this state issues this registration.
FSSAI State License:-
This business license demands a minimum and maximum annual turnover of 12 lakh to 20 crores for a duration of one to five years, respectively. FSSAI state licenses are available to primarily small to midsize eateries. This license is given to the applicant in the state in which they intend to start a restaurant. The key idea here is that the entity seeking to build a restaurant must be legitimate in just one state.
FSSAI Central License:-
A central food license provided by the central government is required for food business operators (FBOs).
